Dr. Kimberly Linendoll is one of NAEC’s original staff members having joined our team when the clinic opened in 2001. She graduated from Ross University in 1999. Following graduation she completed an internship at The Metropolitan Veterinary Hospital in Akron, Ohio. She then went on to practice in Louisville, Kentucky where she trained in emergency medicine at Louisville Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Services. Nicole Blanchette, DVM
Dr. Nikki Blanchette graduated from SUNY Geneseo with a degree in Biology. She then received her DVM from Ross University in 1998 where she completed a preceptorship in emergency medicine. She received her ECFVG certificate in 1999 from Oklahoma State University. She has practiced at several hospitals where emergency work was her main focus before joining NAEC in December of 2005. She enjoys reading, making jewelry and baking. She lives with 3 cats ( Fizzgig, Munch and Doby) and a very spoiled Italian Greyhound named Topolina. Jodi Novak, DVM
Dr. Jodi Novak graduated from Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2000. Journeying west, she then completed a rotating internship at the VCA Emergency Animal Hospital and Referral Center of San Diego. Her passion for emergency care ignited, she remained in southern California practicing emergency medicine over the next two years. Wishing to be closer to family, Dr. Novak relocated to the Capital Region in 2003 becoming a full time staff veterinarian here at NAEC. With a growing family at home yet unable to stay away from the excitement of emergency care, she became a part time staff veterinarian in late 2006. Dr. Novak and her beloved husband, Aaron, share their house with 3 fiesty children, the gentle giant dog,Tucker, and the ever tolerant cat, Carmen. Ciera Earl, LVT, VTS(ECC)
Ciera recently took over the management position at NAEC after having worked as a veterinary technician with the practice for over 5 years. She graduated from SUNY Delhi in 2000 with an AAS in veterinary technology and Becker College in 2002 with a BS in Veterinary Science. She received her certification as a veterinary technician specialist focusing in emergency in critical care in 2006. Ciera enjoys downhill skiing, reading, traveling, and spending time at home with her husband Travis, son Landon, and their 4-legged children Manny, Marley, Zeke, and Hemi the cat. Mylissa Corlew, LVT(Director of Technicians)
Mylissa graduated from SUNY Canton in 2003 with her associate’s degree in applied science focusing on veterinary technology. She has been interested in emergency medicine since graduation. She attended the University at Albany and obtained her bachelors degree focusing on biology and a minor in business in May of 2007. She has been employed with the Northway Animal Emergency Clinic since February of 2006. She recently attended the emergency and critical care symposium held in New Orleans, LA this past September. Pamela Wantuch, LVT
Pam joined the NAEC team in August 2007 as a Licensed Veterinary Technician. She graduated from SUNY Canton in 1990 with an AAS in veterinary technology. She continued her education at SUNY Geneseo where she earned her BS in Biochemistry and continued on to earn her Masters of Science in Human Resource Management from New School University in 1999. She has worked in an emergency and critical care setting since 1996 and brings a wide range of experience with her. In her spare time, Pam enjoys hiking, canoeing, gardening, and stock car racing. She shares her home with Hoover the Cocker Spaniel, 3 cats; Orangeman, Anonymouse, and Mooch; as well as, Pfeffer the rabbit.
Suzie Williams, LVT
Suzie has been employed here at NAEC since May 2007. She is a SUNY Canton graduate, receiving her AAS in Veterinary Science in 2005. Suzie’s newest adventure has been the addition of her new baby girl Allyson, who was born in March. She also shares her home with her 3 dogs; Haven, Maria, & Sydney, her cat Healthcliff, and a bunny named Cameron.
Rebecca Tebbutt, LVT
Rebecca is our newest team member at NAEC, having joined us in December of 2007. She received her A.A.S. degree from SUNY Canton with emphasis in Veterinary Science in 2006. Although she is new to the emergency world, Rebecca has worked with animals since 1999 and loves critical care nursing. She enjoys hiking, swimming in the summer and snowshoeing in the winter. She has three wonderful dogs; Raisin, Flossum, and Sassy.
